Artist and Designer.

I care a lot about images. Although I started as a painter, to me, the most important thing is to create an image that makes you feel something, think about something, reminds you of something, or tells you something. In that sense, my line of work is quite diverse because what matters most to me is creating an interesting image. Whether that image is a painting, a poster, a comic, a print, a video, an outfit, etc., it doesn't really matter, as long as the image functions as a communication tool. Nowadays, I believe images are more powerful than ever. In our highly globalized world, images are a form of communication that can spread messages at an incredibly fast pace, without any language barrier. Who is creating these countless images, and how much they affect us, is a subject that fascinates and disturbs me at the same time. That's why I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Communication Design at Burg, with the goal of becoming an "image master" of sorts. In the meantime, I continue painting and creating images at my atelier in Spinnerei.
